It's the most important point in virtual meetings - To set clear objectives. I have experienced this in past and have heard from lot of colleagues that they have so many virtual meetings whole day and most of them do not have any agenda sent out before. From a Gen Z point, I think it's imperative to set an agenda before the meeting to set expectations rather than having a meeting to set agenda. Use convenient time slots for meetings, like early in the morning when people are most attentive. Avoid having meetings in afternoon unless necessary like 5 PM on a Friday. You will automatically notice people losing attention. Also, Stick to the points and agenda rather than getting distracted on other topics.

Tools which we select do make a lot of difference a well manged tool can work wonders for productivity. Wase of use, simplified trainings are way forward to promote use of such tools within short span we can achieve adaptation of such tools & indirectly put in practice promotion of such tools which will encourage teams to be flexible & be comfortable in there approach. Also post implementation we can always observe and bring necessary customisation to further enhance the usage.
