Continuous learning is very important because the skill sets one creator possess might not be the ones that is still needed in one’s job field according to the market trends and technologies. It might be worth considering whether one’s strength is a transferable skill and whether it can be better utilized in another field of industry so that new opportunities can be unlocked.

"Your network is your net worth" My definition of net worth in this sentence is your knowledge and skills. The more you surround yourself with people who are ambitious and growth-driven, the more you'll notice a big shift in your lifestyle and mindset. My advice is not necessarily to network widely, but wisely.

Failure is a stepping stone to success. if you fail fast you will learn faster and new ideas will get a birthing opportunity. Remember so called great people had failures early on but never gave up. keep going

Sometimes the old ways stop working. And it's normal. We are imperfect human beings at the end of the day. We make mistakes and miscalculations. But that shouldn't stop us from seeking new ways to grow and learn. I truly believe that we are present on this earth to continuously learn, innovate, and execute new ideas. Otherwise, what's the purpose of staying the same?

I believe all strengths and unique skills can result to innovation. Like they say, play chess, not checkers. I think its good to talk to your colleagues, friends, partner, etc. There is no shame in putting more brainpower into a problem that seems to be a roadblock. Eventually, 3 people later, maybe 5 or even 6; you'll need to stop the search for a solution. All of their multifaceted thoughts would converge into having solved the problem already. We heavily underestimate the power of perspectives. Sometimes, the silliest things I hear my 12 year old cousin really sinks in 3 days later like that was exactly what I was looking for, Eureka!
