Time management is key in guiding our daily tasks to be accomplished in a timely manner. But there times we loose track of time and end up in a panic mode and state of confusion. When I got faced with this scenario I had to pause reflect on what I did wrong that led me to loosing track of time. This allowed me to re- align my tasks and set priorities. I then realized that much as it's important to be consistent I needed to be flexible too to adapt quickly when need for a slight change in program arises. This mindset then allowed me to be more composed, relaxed and willing to perform tasks timely with high consideration for adjustments
