Which formats yield the highest engagement and productivity scores? Based on these insights, iterate and refine your approach. For example, you may reduce recurring status meetings to bi-weekly if data shows minimal new information weekly. Or switch larger meetings to an asynchronous format for pre-read materials to optimize face-to-face time
