There are a few things I think we could be doing to educate our tenants, and of course, the property owners as well. For example: - Organizing seminars and workshops on legal topics and contractual responsibilities. - Providing them with accessible informational materials, such as guides and videos, to help clarify rights and duties. - Maintaining regular communications through newsletters and emails to strengthen knowledge and professional relationships. - Implementing online platforms for consultations and information management, facilitating continuous access to important resources. - Offering personalized consultations to address specific concerns, and conduct surveys to identify areas of confusion and improvement.
