What do you do if your team's productivity is low?

When we talk about “productivity”, we are interested in the output obtained compared to the input put in. Many people try to increase productivity by making the same output while reducing the use of input, which is not wrong. There are no new results from the same old methods. Therefore, if you want to increase productivity, try to consider what you are currently doing, whether it is a dead end or not. If the answer is yes, to increase productivity, you may have to change to a new method. You might need to put some more inputs that you have never used before. But if the rate of output increase is higher than the input increase, it is an increase in productivity itself.

At this point is crucial to listen very carefully to the team, being open to hard comments and insist on discussions. It Si clear it's needed to have data, but it's essential to combine data and team's thoughts. Have in mind some team members might deal with burnout.

At least reviewing each quarter will help to re address any deviations and consider scenarios not considered at the beginning.

When the team productivity is low.... immediately we want to conduct CFT meeting, into that meeting we want to collect feedback from eachone, finally we want to analyse those feedback...in that feedback the real rootcause will be there....then we want to give solution for each root cause for increase productivity, the root cause may be like technical or managerial, or lack of performance due to proper training or etc ...
