I think having a team that legitimately wants to do better for the company is the start. Unfortunately, some teams just want to earn a check and go home. However, assuming the positive that the teams does in fact enjoy the company and wants the team to thrive, it would be best to start with meetings. Having open discussions to start a dialog to gauge where the team is. From there, I would start with my own areas of improvement to show that "it's okay" to share this information. So we move together, as a team, forward in a productive line.

Existen métodos que ayudan a fomentar el razonamiento lógico y analítico del equipo de trabajo, como la técnica de la flor de loto. Se trata de un método bastante creativo y visual, que se puede aplicar para analizar y razonar, desde estrategias de modelos de negocio, hasta el desarrollo de productos, servicios... Identificando 8 temas principales de debate, el equipo debe desarrollar 8 conceptos asociados por cada uno de ellos, en los que tengan en cuenta no solo sus opiniones, sino también las de sus clientes, stakeholders, etc. Con esta limitante, obligas a los participantes a aplicar un pensamiento racional para identificar alternativas de manera ordenada y limitada, con una jerarquización de prioridades y necesidades del equipo.
