During our last IT strategy implementation I have seen that even though there have been several central communication formats, the buy-in and the understanding on an employee level was still quite low. Even with big marketing nothing changed. Through smaller workshops and translation of the strategy into how it impacts the work of the individuals and teams we gained more commitment. So the most important factor for scaling a new strategy is the middle management to break it down into understandable pieces.

1. very important to remove the mid-management out off their comfort zone, as long the comfort- zone is untouched, nobody will move ! 2. transparency is a word the mid -management don’t like !!!

In my experience, Any effective engagement from employees with my IT Team will happen if there is a clear value to them. Employee engage with IT Team primarily in times of need or when they need a resolution. For me as an end user my engagement is effective only when there is win-win for me and the engagement is repetitive with the resource who is good at communciation. I may want to go back again and again to one of the IT Team member only because he seems to understand my issues and goes ahead to resolve with minimal administrative hurdles, though they would be required, but then they be an after effect than a starter so thats how I address
