Estimates and time lines depends upon 1. Requirement complexity. Requirements can be broken into small logical parts for better Estimates. 2. Domain and technical knowledge with practical experience. These factors plays important role to define time line. 3. Experience in that project. It is difficult for Novices or new joiners or less experience resources to define lines. 4. Management who are not experience enough in technology and domain can put project Estimates or time lines in jeopardy.
