In such a case where the team is resistant for training and coaching… it means two prominent possibilities 1. Team does not believe in and value training & coaching as a solution 2. The team is resistant to change In both the cases it seems there’s misalignment of the belief and value systems of the team and the leadership team. In these circumstances the company can… 1. Create a platform where the organisation/ leadership team communicate the company’s Belief systems & Values 2. The company take efforts to align their beliefs and value systems with the team through various interactive and participatory initiatives 3. Reward and encourage the team members who demonstrate their belief and value systems in alignment to the company’s.
