I believe that the best way to demonstrate the benefits of AI is to provide clear proof of its capabilities. One effective approach is to automate a simple task using AI and showcase the resulting time savings. This will help people understand how AI can make their lives easier. Another effective method is to highlight how competitors in their field are using AI. This will give them tangible examples of how AI can be used and the benefits it can bring. However, it is also important to be aware of and discuss the potential risks associated with AI, such as bias, privacy concerns, and lack of transparency.

AI training should be provided by every company to their employees. Not only to teach them how to become twice as productive at their jobs but also to address any myths, fears, or concerns as well as ensure ethical AI practices throughout the company

From hands-on sessions (allowing team members to learn the basics) to larger experience days to a dedicated space at the office where everyone can try out a certain tool or watch a short video - AI is easily made tangible. Moreover, AI has a true viral effect and when people around you use it, see value and are enthusiastic about it, it's difficult to stay aside.

Typically resistance is a byproduct of fear. First, ensure that you are leading by example and being transparent about what is working and what has been a struggle. Those who are reluctant to embrace AI may feel overwhelmed and underprepared. If you let them know that everyone is learning and experimenting and as long as they engage, they are making progress - this mindset will encourage them to keep testing. Once you have done that, remind them of other businesses and organizations that failed to embrace innovation like Blockbuster. In my opinion, this is the most important step. If we do not lead by example and display how these tools benefits our own lives personally, they will never adapt the solution. We have to lead the charge for AI adoption!

AI will disrupt processes but not creativity. Automation has been slow, AI will expedite it by orders of magnitude. The era of the generalists is here and specialists may struggle for work. All organizations should focus on AI impact rather than only learning how to prompt better. Embark upon at least one transformation project within your organization to establish how AI will shake the ground underneath the team's desks.

AI is here to facilitate and helping organisations for greater insights that will evolve and reposition the business. That's what leaders and organisations need to educate people and develop them for future ready. Time for inclusion and diversity. AI is business sustainability and must be adopt to remain ahead of the competition.

Considering the usage of Artificial intelligence in today's world is like using computers back in 80s to automate manual and batch jobs. Ai opportunities and Risks are both sides of the coin which needs to be valued by the team.
