KSA, Knowledge Skill Ability should be analysed periodically for identifying the gaps between what is avaialble vs what is expected to deliver a successful project. Sometime you dont need many resources to cover the gap but one right resource that can improve efficiency.

This an asset that we need to develop. Not all supervisors or employers have the ability or skills to have an open dialogue. Many present themselves as bigger than anyone just because of their position. If we need a company to work and have a strong team we need to have open dialogues with each team member. Not necessarily at the same time but establishing a plan to address and have those conversations.

A SWOT analysis on each of the measures proposed and identified from the needs analysis against a strategic frameworks such as the McKinsey 3 Horizons would be a good way to prioritize what can be done within a certain timeframe.
