What do you do if your team members' emotions are affecting their performance?

If my team's emotions are affecting their performance, there is one thing that comes to my mind. Their emotional intelligence or people skills are tempered with. To address this problem, I will delve deep to know which of their weaknesses have been touched and how they have been reacting to them each time it occurs. It will help me provide the necessary support that will help them reduce the impact in their own lives first then the organization's performance. This takes a leader with a high level of interpersonal capacity to decent people's emotions and deal with them properly.
