What do you do if your teachers resist embracing innovation in their classrooms?

I find the best solution to dealing with resistance is to listen. Listen to how your teachers feel. Listen to what may be scaring them or making them uncomfortable with the new innovation you want them to adapt in the classroom. When you listen it gives you an opportunity to create a collaborative situation. Make sure you take into account what your teachers say and feel. Make an adjustment to how you want the innovation adapted/used in class. Build up to your ideal usage. Baby steps. Resistance needs to be dealt with gently in order to reach a peaceful successful end result. When teachers feel heard they are more prone to cooperating and trying new things.

The first thing I'll do when one of my teachers is resisting technology in the classroom is to ask questions to understand why. Inadequate skills could cause it and if you don't know the reasons, you may not know how to fix the challenges.

To encourage teachers resisting technology integration, I'll encourage educational leaders to intentionally provide support such as seminars, workshop etc to bring everybody to speed.

I also believe in doing or acting in the way I could like my colleagues or students to behave. Meaning that I like to show them what is expected of them rather than telling.

Every milestone achieved as an individual or a team is worth identifying and celebrating to positively reinforce the individual or team to do more.

I've also discovered that teachers resist a particular technology or package when they don't have a clear information or interaction with it. It becomes easier when they use such technology often.
