Integrating SEL into your classroom is no more difficult than doing the same with any other skill. Support can be provided from a mix of background theory and examples of classroom deployment. First, explain to the teachers the importance of SEL for both personal growth and future workplace participation. To be successful one needs an emotional responsive and grounded personality.
