Dojos, lunch and learns, etc. are a great way to implement Kaizen (Continuous Learning). Gaining knowledge increases confidence and helps the teams to deliver faster and with greater QA.

Agile is all about how you utilize available resources efficiently, group them to develop small chunks. There are several ways and models which can be utilised to drive the team to success , keep experimenting and learn the new outcomes that may act as learning for other projects. To record and to share the plan after success or failure is important to minimise the future failure and maximum the success

We often blame the other person as the culprit and lose the opportunity to improve. I am not saying that every time, someone doubts reflect on our abilities, but every time it teaches a lesson. Lesson about how we are perceived, and that is a valuable lesson to work with.
