It's okay to feel overwhelmed or frustrated during this process. The key is to focus on what you can control, find even small wins to stay motivated, and don't be afraid to drastically rethink how you do things if needed. Also, remember that you're not alone – many entrepreneurs face struggles, and seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Accepting reality sometimes is difficult because of the founder is caught up in the situation.Two things can help with it: Stepping back and having outside perspectives.Stepping back for some time can give clarity on the situation as well as having outside perspective

If your SM has been marred by setbacks, start by 1: ensuring you have clear and accurate financial data following GAAP(this is critical). 2: take the time to understand what these numbers reveal about your business - numbers do tell a story. Ex. a low Gross Profit Margin might mean a saturated market and a need to pivot, or inefficiencies in delivery requiring investment in team development. 3: establish a budget with fixed and variable expenses, utilizing the variable component for strategic business investments.

In today's rapidly changing market, agility in financial decision-making can transform challenges into opportunities for growth. By scrutinizing expenses and being open to adjusting revenue strategies, businesses can maintain a competitive edge. Moreover, a well-managed cash flow acts as a buffer against unforeseen financial shocks, enabling businesses to innovate and adapt without the constant fear of insolvency.

Resilience is all about picking up yourself from the failure.The failure can be demotivating especially with the looking at the work already done.One needs to take a break, reconfigure and try again

This is actually I question I have unfortunately succeeded at which is failure also don’t fall into sunk cost fallacy just because a lot of time or money has already been invested does not predict future outcomes even though the grass is greener where it gets water and sun does not mean it is the right side of the fence.
