As a managed services provider, we start with a business assessment questionnaire which has questions about current processes, tools, future goals and the issues being faced by the business. It is extremely important to understand these before recommending any productivity tools and solutions to the client. Then our technical SME goes through the technology questionnaire with the client (this covers questions related to existing and to-be infrastructure, data backups, etc.) Based on the responses, we create a business and technology proposal within the time, scope and budget constraints. Onboarding includes updating this information on our contract management tool which is integrated with ticket management and remote monitoring tools.
