Yes absolutely, else it could also be a bias at ur end. Listing the risk, the why, the action and the impact is critical to have a fair discussion. Also maybe assess why the senior could be doing it, what's in it for him/her, that helps to also identify whether it is intentional or unintentional

Identify the stakeholders who are likely going to pose the potential risks. Directly engage with the stakeholders to understand the source or risk cause. Seek to understand their worries, concerns, frustrations and anxiety. Develop risk mitigatory measures with their involvement, implement them and continuously assess for effectiveness. Get feedback and continue to refine the risk mitigatory measures. Explain clearly why the change project is necessary in terms of the expected outcomes and benefits to the sponsoring organisation

I have found that speed and preparation is the key. If there is a suspicion that senior stakeholders pose a threat to an undertaking/project, the threat should be proactively discussed with the stakeholder. Their role should be actively addressed. However, the focus should not only be on the risks for your own project, but also on the benefits that arise for the organization and ideally the specific stakeholder, when the risk gets mitigated, to ensure their support. Possible alternatives or risk mitigation measures should be worked out in advance so that they can be presented to the stakeholder during the discussion. In addition, it is crucial to take the time for a comprehensive dialog and to be emphatic about the stakeholder's agenda.

Es ist wirtschaftlich nicht übertragbar, da Toyotas JIT FerigungsSystem für eine Modelreihe/Woche entwickelt wurde und Toyota in der 2. Woche das n?chste Model f?hrt. Da BMW 5er,6er,7er,M... Serien auf demselben Band f?hrt, steigt die zu bew?ltigende Prozessvielvalt um min. 10 Fache an, schon alleine deswegen weil man für alle Modellvarianten zugleich die Bauteile am Band haben muss. JIS war die Antwort, welche zugleich pro Bauteil 1:10 die n?chste Steigerung mitbrachte.
