None of us are perfect and we each have areas that we need to work on. Bias is one of the most important things we need to be aware of, both from an internal and external perspective. Critical judgments of others and yourself are harmful. Follow a Teaching and Learning strategy where both you and others can gain flexibility and grow in scope with experiences. Don't be timid, and don't be overly loud. Be growing continuously. Be complimentary and polite always.
