Make sure you take the strict minimum (CRM, Collaobrative tools, etc… 2- Train each people who will use those tools 3- Make sure you improve the use of those tools by doing a continual training of the sales team

What I usually do is to train all sales person to use e CRM like Odoo, Hubpspot etc… All the data is put in that CRM and that make any people who entered the team to follow up the activities forme where he received it. This is very important and increase the efficiency because it is more easy for people to conduct a sales and make the business grow.

Time is a key element as well in sales. A process of sales is important to make sure that you are not spending your time on unproductive things. For example: You have to put in place how many minutes you are doing on 1 client call, how many minutes are you spending when visiting a client, how many minutes are you taking to follow up a client a day… All this time limitation will increase the productivity of your sales team but also help more people to achieve goals.
