Networkung ist kein Selbstzweck und kostet auch Zeit, bzw. andere Ressourcen. Insofern ist es wichtig, dass Sie genau die Plattformen und Veranstaltungen besuchen, wo Sie entsprechend profitieren und anderen einen Mehrwert bieten k?nnen. Unabh?ngig von der Zielsetzung funktioiert Networking immer nur dann, wenn beide Seiten einen nutzen davon haben. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind, Fragen Sie andere nach der Erfahrungen. Die wichtigste Frage im Networking ist übrigens nicht: "Was kann ich mitnehmen?", sondern "Was kann ich dem Netzwerk bieten?" Erst Geben, dann Nehmen.

Die richtigen Umgangsformen wie H?flichkeit, Zuverl?ssgkeit oder Respekt sind Basis eines guten Austauschs, besonders dann, wenn es um Oberfl?chlichkeiten hinaus gehen soll. Geben Sie sich natürlich und professionell. Wie an anderen Orten auch, so kann man nicht überall "geliebt" werden. Menschen die zueinander passen finden eher zusammen. Die Kunst des Zuh?rens und Fragens ist auch hier wichtiger, als die des "Vielredners".
