Learn and Adapt in bite sized chunks. The approaches and action plans will be different in each case. It is always possible to improve something but trying to do too much may be counterproductive and people may not understand the benefits of what you are doing. Assume everywhere is competitive as survival favors the prepared mind. Also be kind as nobody likes unpleasantness

Remember that not everyone will support you. There are fair weather friends around who may not help you in hard times. If you help others they may return favor when you need it.

Ensure you behave professionally (eg do code camps, lifelong learning) and that you participate in things. There is also AI that can also distribute both truth and falsehood.
