There is no right or wrong guests. Your guests should just fit the Genre of the show. Everyone has a story, and if you can provide that platform where they can share their voice, opinions, history then you are doing your job right!

En nuestro podcast hacemos siempre un trabajo previo de ver quién es interesante para participar en un episodio y hablando de LinkedIn y su relación y/o experiencia en esta red. Si tras esa selección e investigación, la persona elegida no resulta ser un invitado que impacte, igual es que algo se nos ha escapado al valorarlo de interés para participar. Y la segunda razón, es que tal vez el formato del episodio y las preguntas no eran las adecuadas para que la persona invitada generara atracción entre nuestra audiencia. Por ese motivo, me autoculpo de la posible falta de gancho con algún invitado.
