Acknowledge : People come from different personal backgrounds, thus one policy wouldn’t fit all. Be ready to evolve your base policy for common concerns. 2. Classically condition : Re-wiring them to WFO is a journey. Frequent dialogues, check-ins with every employee or team and incrementally increasing the number of WFO days help accustom to transitions. 3. Incentivise to increase belongingness : Plan initiatives for their benefit with an aim to improve Happiness index while WFO. Through well-being or fun or collaborative events, travel allowances/ provisions, team outings etc.

One thing I can say is it is way more helpful for employees nowadays to get support from the organization, line managers, team and everyone. Everybody is dealing with multiple challenges and this is really hard to get over everything. So it's good if you are surrounded with a team who is way more helpful to you.
