It is the most remarkable boost to promoting a better relationship, which in turn helps increase employee satisfaction at work. In one of my past experiences working entirely remotely, the company arranged meetings twice. I left the company due to my personal goals. It's been more than one year, and I still have friends over there due to these meeting events. I'm sure I wouldn't have developed those strong relationships without these meetings.
