One example which had been quite a prevalent in most companies is the inability of recruiters to update their candidates - especially those that didn't made the cut. With technology nowadays, companies can utilize these tools to create an automated messaging to update candidates of their application status. This can greatly ease the anxiety of those hopeful as they navigate into the next steps of their job hunting journey.
