En mi experiencia como auditora, es necesario comprender la importancia de establecer roles y responsabilidades claros dentro del equipo de control de calidad. Esto cobra especial relevancia en el marco de las normas ISO como la ISO 9001 y la ISO 17025. Durante mis auditorías, resulta fundamental entender la distribución de responsabilidades en el equipo, ya que esto no solo influye en la eficiencia operativa, sino que también tiene un impacto directo en la capacidad de la organización para cumplir con los estándares y requisitos establecidos por las normas ISO, para evaluar la efectividad de la asignación de tareas y la claridad en la propiedad sobre las actividades relacionadas con el control de calidad.

If any team struggles with knowledge sharing and collaboration, then try to find out the challenges the team is facing in doing so. For e.g.: 1) If there is no proper channel to connect, then, think of introducing some easy-to-use tools like MS teams. 2) If there is any conflict amongst the team members then connect with them personally & resolve with consensus. 3) If time is a concern, then, review the planning & task allocations. Meet with the team & work on the resolution depending on the cause. Hope this helps!
