ENLIST THE HELP OF A GOOD COACH The honest truth about our lesser strengths is that they will never become our core strengths. Depending on your outlook, this is either deflating or a welcome relief. If public speaking is not your core strength, that is okay, do not place pressure on yourself to make yourself better. If you could do it, it would come more naturally to you. I know what some of you are thinking, "That doesn't solve my problem!", fair enough, I'll get to the point. Since it doesn't come naturally to you, you should consider enlisting the services of a good and fun coach (they have to be fun). Someone who transforms the experience from a chore to a fascinating challenge! It works, trust me!
