La mayoría de las veces que existe este tipo de resistencia a evaluaciones de desempe?o es porque no son parte de una cultura que se practica y perdura em el tiempo y no se observan los resultados de estas prácticas. Para implementar una cultura de mejora continua se debe dejar en claro que existen procesos ejecutados por personas que son objetos de mejora, esto impacta directamente en el rendimiento del equipo. Con objetivos claros, fomentando la comunicación, implementando el reconocimiento del buen desempe?o, promoviendo una retroalimentación positiva y una oportunidad de entrenamiento o mentoría para cerrar las brechas, se empodera al equipo y se incluyen en esta mentalidad.
