Obtain a validated certification like PRINCE or PMP. 6. Update LinkedIn with all of your accomplishments and qualifications. 7. Find out the industry and job title median pay. 8. Following the completion of all those steps, there are two possible outcomes: first, another company may contact you, second, you start apply to another company

It is very important to schedule for a meeting with ones supervisor. Expressing onesself in a professional manner is most important. Especially when one feels their contributions to the organisation has not been valued, could be very demotivating. One needs to be very professional and diplomatic in approaching the matter. Following the right channels of communication would also provide a an opportunity for reconsideration.
