For me, the salary is always based on three pillars. Experience & quality, training & further education, Commitment to the company. As long as nothing changes in these pillars, I see no reason for a salary increase.

Assess your value and gather all the work related evidence.morr over keep everyone in loop junior or seniors,let them talk about your work in positive light...I..e work hard and be extremely good at what you do, and enjoy the work.In.performance review interview ask with confidence what you can expect and share your expectation....
