There are many instances where working based on data and thoroughly understanding the numbers is essential before facilitating a workshop session to explore potential options. Therefore, we need to ensure that we have a comprehensive toolbox that encompasses a range of strategies to tackle various challenges effectively.

After generating possible solutions, you need to choose the one that best meets your criteria and constraints. With all due respect to tools and techniques, honestly speaking not all practical problems could be resolved by them and fit the model. For defining the problem, communicating and convincing stakeholder, I always utilize data. Historical data speaks volumes about problems, solutions and intentions. Also, I encourage the team to collaborate with me and find out the solutions, people working on the ground can give insights and solutions that nobody else can, at times.
