As social worker should care enough about clients and respond to their concerns,being transparent and show sympathy to clients and care about providing excellent service, identify the risks and detriment the impacts on reputation, assess own performance, pay attention to all aspects and prepare a strategy for dealing with, improved policies and training to reduce or remove the stake, monitor expectations and your achievement to adapt to any changes, maintaining operational standards, behaving appropriately,resolve issues and actively trying to fix the problem and create plan and put into action,being responsible,choose right solution and always be ready to get feedback.
