Professional development conference planning calls for meticulous work on part of the leader and the stakeholders. It is assumed that the plan will be focused towards the objectives and learning outcomes. It will be aligned to the vision, goals and values of the organisation. We need to coordinate various aspects including the following:- - Important targets to be achieved. - Information and aspirations of all participants. - Preparation for execution of various tasks. - Administration and logistics including financials. - Flow of communication and constant review. - Agility and problem solving. - Impactful marketing. In education scenario PD is a continuous process and we must have a proper plan and ensure effective implementation.
