In past years, this would’ve been part of six sigma under measure and then again in control. Do you want to make sure all of the tears are crossed and eyes are noted that your process is as full proof as you can make it. It should be flexible enough tochange if you need to do so, but not so that everyone has to be trained again. Think of it as adjustments and not a wholesale move in a different direction.
