I will take a online course and go through it. Will reach my mentor and peer group for guidance . I believe a lot in training, mentoring and joint learning with teams.

Here are a few things I have learnt that may help you. First thing crossword puzzles, sudoku, chess etc, don’t help in developing logical thinking. Logical thinking helps in solving puzzles, sudoku or playing chess. It’s true that all these games are centered around some or the other part of logic. Let’s take Sudoku as an example. Sudoku is solved by employing a process of elimination. In a very specific set of numbers. So, even if they help you in learning elimination, it is extremely limited. It would be far more useful to study Logic as a subject to develop it. If you can, do study it. There are excellent resources online. I am not giving you an answer based on those resources. This answer is what I have learnt and observed -

This can potentially help you in your career progression in the same organization or in a different organization (based on your updated resume). Remember, in interviews you will be asked to give example(s) of problem solving. If you have actually done this successfully, you will be able to navigate such questions with confidence and conviction. It is generally not possible to fake it.

Consider reframing the issue. Instead of focusing on your problem-solving skills alone, concentrate on showcasing your ability to anticipate and prevent problems altogether. Shift the narrative towards proactive risk management, demonstrating how you can steer projects smoothly, reducing the need for reactive problem-solving.
