Setting boundaries is a big one and one which I struggle with myself. I'm in a global role, and I often speak with candidates and stakeholders in countries in timezones up to +10 hrs difference which means I start my day early, 6.30/7 am, this is efficient only if I prioritise effectively and can end my day earlier. Setting certain days for Australia calls/meets and other days where I can adjust my hours to accommodate US team members and priorities. If I try to cover global time zones in one day I find myself pulling days that are too long and start to feel burned out which makes me less productive.
