This is exactly what I do, Especially for new clients, I made it a duty to always ask for feedback from them. One thing I love about feedbacks or reviews in another term is that you will learn to do better. It's even better when it turns out negative, but then you will eventually learn to create a balance between your brand and your customers. Hence professionally, feedbacks shouldn't be for garner compliments alone.
