Mistakes are obvious when self is overly engrossed in deep research. Best way I learnt is while being truly dipped into research, accept occurrence of errors. Talk to colleagues, Co authors and get it sorted. Come out of the fancy of *I know it all to let's produce the best research*. One more way I found in my career is to have a mentor and constantly talk, discuss and take suggestions from. Commitment is the key, and feedback is the path to successful research.

Sure, might hurt in beginning but while we receive feedback and deal with it constructively then performances enhances. This is because we eradicate mistakes using feedback and move. Accept, correct, recollect, construct and finally high performances.

Progress is crucial in all aspects. While moving towards progress I keep a constant check. To begin with it, I have to fist be clear where I wish to reach and where exactly I am today, then do reverse engineering. Also, while planning the course of action to reach desired reach I have to be constantly checking on errors and changes happening around me. It's simply explained as I need to reach destination A to B. For this I need to check the route, climatic conditions, road conditions, people I'll have to deal with, what after reaching there- and get going.
