Look at what is going well and see and appreciate these elements. Continue check-ins at agreed upon intervals with your management team. Remember 2% improvement per month, is 24% improvement per year!

Having a sponsor or collective of mentors, have the ability to pull your strengths to the table. Before you are ever promoted, your value is up for display. The way you communicate and work with others, your peers, leaders, and other departments is your new resume. So, we should remove the cynical thought process "it's who you know", because truly who you present your skills to, is your new circle. It is also a great place to save complimentary e-mails from your superiors on your job performance if you ever suffer from imposter syndrome.

It might be as simple as delegating tasks effectively, rather than trying to power through it all by yourself.
