You can never go wrong addressing the areas identified as it will be a year over year improvement plan.

As normal human being.. You need such feed back. Once received... You need to do self evaluation, look at your own performance in human factors and improve your emotional value to motivate your performance. Do not take such evaluation as self defence.... But take it as lesson learn to make improvement. Look at the mirror and start talking to yourself and motivate positively. Put your ego way and set your self determination to success in improvement process.
