My advice is - be brutally honest to yourself and others - ask for advice and feedback - there is always someone that knows and does better, don′t feel shy to ask - Find peers that are not only interested in short term gains, rather people that have a higher cause in mind that resonates with you - Never believe, prove, measure, test, try out, fail, but never just believe
