In addition to all the elements already discussed, I found very important to stay in contact with colleagues and your manager. Share what you’re thinking/feeling. Reach out especially to those who are changing behaviour, showing pejorative aptitude, becoming more tense, less available, more aggressive, sad,… Contact also the colleague who are showing optimism. Change is a process and needs loads of adjustments, be kind with yourself and others.
