What do you do if your organization needs help with data governance policies and procedures?

Start by assessing the current state of data governance within your organization. Identify existing policies, procedures, and practices related to data management, privacy, security, and compliance. Evaluate their effectiveness and identify any gaps or areas for improvement.

Firstly, I would start by assessing current practices and defining goals. Then assemble a team of stakeholders to develop clear policies and procedures for data management. Next assign glossary definitions and start to agree with the owners the attributes that are important to their domains. You can then start to identify the most important parts of your model to the business and create a roadmap to roll out your governance framework
