1 Prioritize the vulnerabilities

Firstly we need to Prioritize the issue or Vulnerabilities that we found during our assessment. Also we need to check whether the issue was not false positive. Once we are done with above step, then we should Prioritize the impact of the issue that is discovered. If the issue impacts in Customer's data or other values it should be remediated as soon as possible. Only with proper plan and with proper incident response considerations we can make this situation to be successful.

2 Implement the remediation plan

Once you have prioritized the vulnerabilities, you need to implement the remediation plan. This may involve applying patches, updates, or fixes to the affected systems, software, or configurations. Most of the Cyber Security Incident Report Says that breach or vulnerability arise due to an non-education of security to employees. It can be any organization as Startups or Mid-Level Companies or MNC's it is mandatory to give proper education in Security threats and Its Impacts to employees. Overall 10-20% of threats or Vulnerabilities will be reduced and mitigated if the employee have enough knowledge in Security!

What business values are associated with these vulnerabilities? What are the business stakes of these business values? Are the most important business value (asset) vulnerabilities exposed to particular threats? Depending on the company's IT ecosystem, are these vulnerabilities/threats likely to be combined?
