Most of network jobs have be transferred to WFH (working remotely) or hybrid policy, that will require focusing on securing access and providing devices update and well OS and security patches. Some items will require strict attention such as VPN access ,VDI access , Token and applying multi factor authentication.

Having solid collaboration tools such as Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, etc. can really help ensure that effective collaboration is possible and productivity is kept high in a Hybrid or WFH situation. Many times Network Engineers perform maintenance remotely on devices in another city/state so they should be able to use these collaboration tools effectively if given them.
