When your motivation wanes you need to ask yourself if you're helping enough people? Because sales coaching motivates the coach! And the results of sales coaching inspire the coach! A busy sales coach or coaching driven sales leader, who is working with their people daily, is super motivated abs inspired without exception! Motivation only fades when you're away from it for a while... You begin to get frustrated with challenges that you previously coached others to smash! You begin to believe that "it's tough out there"... You start getting sold to by your team and by customers... Is this the reason for your enthusiasm waning? If it is then you need to get yourself right back helping your people fast!
