If the person in internally assigned by the company and lacks certain skills , find a complimentary mentor who can fill the gaps either internal or external. An online search for a mentor is effective, especially LinkedIn. The mentor can guide in the right direction on the sources of the knowledge, networking platforms, Groups and connections to build great successes.
