In my prospective the most important thing is Assessing the Communication Channels which are used to deliver feedback and evaluations. Are they easily accessible and understandable for engineers? Consider incorporating multiple channels, such as in-person meetings, written reports, and digital platforms, to accommodate different preferences. Also Recognize and reward engineers for their improvements in productivity and performance. Positive reinforcement can motivate continued growth and reinforce desired behaviors. Assess the team dynamics and culture within the manufacturing environment. Are there any underlying issues affecting morale or collaboration? Addressing these factors can positively impact productivity to feedback.
